I absolutely loved Daisy Jones & The Six. The entire story is written in an interview format that plays out as a documentary. This is an absolute must read!
The story is based in the 1970s. The decade of sex, drugs, and rock n’ roll. Daisy Jones & The Six is a fictional rock band. The story takes you through all their careers’ high and low points.
Taylor Jenkins Reid does such a fantastic job of vividly transporting you to the 1970s. Not only does she do a great job with the setting, but Reid will also have you picturing the interviews like they are right in front of you. Daisy Jones & The Six will live rent-free in your head long after you have read the book.
This is my third book by Reid and I’ve come to realize that she is one of my favorite authors.
The series premieres today (3/3/2023) on Amazon Prime and I can not wait to see the story and characters come to life. The album is also out today and it is so amazing to hear these songs become a reality!
