Book Review: Falling

Book: Falling

Author: T.J. Newman

Kristen’s Review

This book definitely had me at the edge of my seat the entire time. I think it had great adrenaline from start to finish with some great twists along the way. The pilot’s family is held hostage, he now has a huge decision to make…crash the plane to save his family or save the lives of everyone on board by not crashing the plane; which then puts his family at risk.

This was also my first time reading and finishing an ebook. This has opened my mind to reading more ebooks in the future.

Score 4/5

Brian’s Review

I listened to the audiobook for Falling and the narration by Steven Weber was great. The narration was clear and done with such emotion that it was impossible to stop listening. Falling did something that not many audiobooks do for me, I listened to it all in one day. From the first word to the last I was engaged with the story and had to see it through.

The characters are all well written and easy to picture from the excellent descriptive writing by Newman. Even characters that I felt I wouldn’t like I ended up liking thanks to the great writing and development. To not spoil anything all I will say about this book is it made me think twice about flying.

Score 4/5
