Going to a beach town, ribs are not the first thing that comes to mind to eat. Nicks Original House of Ribs, tells you that maybe ribs should be the first thing that comes to your mind when coming to Ocean City.
The ribs at Nicks are covered in a delicious BBQ sauce that has a great balance of sweet and heat and the ribs itself are always cooked perfectly. I never liked eating ribs in public because of the mess, I would be that guy with sauce everywhere, so I just never ordered them at a restaurant. At Nicks, if that’s your fear, you do not need to worry. You can eat these ribs with just a fork. The meat just slides right off the bone. It so juicy and tender and melts right in your mouth. The mix of there BBQ sauce and meat being so tender it falls right off the bone makes Nicks another must visit restaurant if your heading to Ocean City.
