Living in New York my whole and working in a pizzeria for over a decade, I know good pizza. Pizza is my favorite food and I can eat it every day, and I have eaten it for multiple days in a row for more times than any one person should. We recently packed our bags and went over the bridge to New Jersey and one of my concerns was the pizza. No pizza is like New York pizza. I was planning out in my head what days I can get back to New York just to get pizza. Luckily for us, we found Mike’s Pizza.

After one look at their pizza, I had a feeling it was going to be good. After one bite, I was surprised at just how good it was. Their pizza rivals the best New York pizza any day. Their entire menu is fantastic. We have been slowly working our way through their large menu. Their pasta, sandwiches and specialty pies are all amazing. Our favorite specialty pie is the Grandma pie, which is a thin crust square pie, with fresh mozzarella and marinara sauce. Do your self a favor and stop by Mike’s Pizza if you are ever in the area, you won’t regret it.
